Delegated Agreements

View professional services contracts valued at $50,000 or under.

A delegated agreement is a contract between the County and a vendor providing professional services. The value of the contract is $50,000 or less. The County Administrator can approve delegated agreements.

Contracts valued more than $50,000 require approval by the Board of Supervisors and are not considered delegated agreements.

The Board of Supervisors reviews a list of these agreements quarterly. The quarterly reports and delegated agreements are available online.
