The project generally involves plant protection, site clearing, soil amendment, mulch installation, tree and shrub planting, trenching, backfill, installing new irrigation, adjusting existing irrigation, infill planting, and a maintenance period at the Veterans Memorial Auditorium at 10 Avenue of the Flags, San Rafael, California, 94903.  

The County of Marin Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Social Services, Aging and Adult Services, is seeking qualified organizations to provide congregate meal production and delivery services for the Older Americans Act Title III-C Nutrition Program.

The selected contractor will prepare and deliver nutritious, ready-to-serve meals to designated congregate dining sites throughout Marin County, serving adults age 60 and older. Services include menu planning, meal production, packaging, and delivery in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including the Older Americans Act, California Department of Aging requirements, and County nutrition standards.

The successful proposer will demonstrate the capacity to provide high-quality, culturally responsive meals that meet established nutritional guidelines while maintaining food safety standards and reliable delivery schedules. The contractor will work collaboratively with the County to support congregate dining services that promote healthy aging, reduce food insecurity, encourage social engagement, and advance equitable access to nutrition services for Marin County's diverse older adult population.

The initial contract term is anticipated to begin November 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with the option for renewal based on performance, funding availability, and County needs. Funding for the initial contract term is not to exceed $64,661. The County encourages proposals from organizations with demonstrated experience in meal production, nutrition services, and serving culturally diverse communities.

The County of Marin Department of Public Works (County) is inviting qualified consulting firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide on-call construction management services in support of the County's Pavement Management Program (PMP). The County anticipates selecting two or more qualified consulting firms ("Consultants") with which to execute Professional Services Contracts to provide construction management services to support the County Project Manager.

This project generally consists of pavement striping and marking removal, micro-surfacing, rubberized chip seal and combinations of sealant, and traffic striping and pavement markings across approximately 12 miles of County maintained roadways. This project includes Hicks Valley Road and Chileno Valley Road in west Marin County.

This project generally includes pavement improvements to various roadway segments located in Homestead Valley, Mill Valley, and Tamalpais Valley within the County of Marin. The improvements to the various roadway segments include (but are not limited to) roadway excavation, full depth structural section paving, cold planing asphalt concrete pavement, replacement of asphalt concrete surfacing, hot mix asphalt overlay, dike removal and replacement, curb and gutter construction, concrete lined ditch construction, storm drain pipe and inlet replacement, and the adjustments of utility manholes and covers.

The County of Marin is seeking a professional consulting team to provide Construction Management and Special Inspections services for the upcoming Marin Jail Cell Improvements and Related Work project. The Cell Improvement and Related Work project consists of the following scope of work: repairs, retrofits, and/or replacement of the furniture, fixtures, and equipment located in the inmate cells; renovation of the inmate showers; application/installation of new resinous and resilient flooring system in cells, dayrooms and other housing unit support spaces; and the select replacement of the specialty cell detention doors. Project construction is expected to kick off in September with a total contract term of approximately 17 calendar months, with 14 calendar months of on-site construction.

Improvements for this project will generally include cold planing existing pavement, aggregate base and soil to shape subgrade to finish grade slopes, re-compaction of existing base material,hot mix asphalt paving, road widening, soldier pile and timber lagging retaining wall, signage and striping, concrete curb and median, subdrain system, and minor drainage improvements. The work will take place on Point Reyes – Petaluma Road in Nicasio.

The Civic Center Green Stormwater Infrastructure Project is a multi-phase project to build green stormwater infrastructure to treat many of the campus parking lots. The current project being advertised is Phase1 which includes construction of two bioretention systems adjacent to the Civic Center “panhandle” parking lot located south of the Marin County Corporation Yard (4 Peter Behr Dr. San Rafael, CA 94903).

This is an interior renovation of the existing second-floor Men's Restroom. The project includes the demolition of existing finishes, lighting fixtures, toilet partitions and accessories, and plumbing fixtures, followed by the in-kind replacement of plumbing fixtures and lighting, along with new finishes, toilet accessories, and millwork. The scope also includes accessibility upgrades to both the exterior and interior paths of travel leading to the work area, as well as hazardous materials and asbestos abatement.

The project will include various improvements made within the Jail’s inmate housing units. The scope of work will consist of repairs to the cell detention furniture and fixtures. the application of resinous and resilient flooring, the renovation of the showers, and the replacement of select detention doors.
