If you are a person with a disability and want to request an accommodation to participate in a County of Marin program, service, activity, or have identified a barrier at a facility, please complete and submit the following form. We ask that accommodation requests for events are submitted at least 5 days in advance. We will do our best to fulfill requests received with less than five business days’ notice.
