   1. If the Committee letter is approved on 3/25, staff can submit to the board Clerks an agenda request form on Monday, 3/31 to have the letter posted on the April 15th.

6. Review Commissioners Terms that expire in November 2025: (Informational Item)
   1. Two (2) Commissioners term expires on 11/30/2025.
   2. Review process to term out or reapply to the Measure W Oversight Committee.
   3. Bylaws state you may serve four consecutive two-year terms, then must take one year off.
   4. Encourage friends/colleagues who live in West Marin to apply to the Oversight Committee (applications open up in mid/late September.
