Agenda

  1. Call to Order
  2. Approve Agenda (Action Item)
  3. Public Comment: Open time for public expression, up to three minutes per speaker, on items not on the Agenda. (While members of the public are welcome to address the Committee, under the Brown Act, Committee members may not deliberate or take action.
  4. Approve Minutes from Annual Meeting 11.9.20 (Action Item)
  5. Committee Bylaws (Action Item); Committee members to vote on proposed Bylaw amendments incorporating feedback from prior Committee review. (If approved Bylaw amendment recommendations will be presented to the Marin County Board of Supervisors for approval.) Check Proposed Bylaws.
  6. Presentation by the Director of Finance:
    1. 2018-20 Compliance Audit Review
    2. Recommend: Approve audit or communicate findings (Action Item)
  7. Review Meeting Schedule for 2020-21 (Information Item)
  8. Select a 2021-22 Chair and Vice-Chair: (Action Item)
  9. Adjournment (Action Item)
