4. Public Comment: Open time for public expression, up to three minutes per speaker, on items not on the Agenda. (While members of the public are welcome to address the Committee, under the Brown Act, Committee members may not deliberate or take action.)
5. Committee Bylaws (Information Item); Staff and committee members to review bylaws that govern the purpose and function of the committee.
6. Suggest establishing a 2-year term status requirement for eligibility to serve as Chair or Vice Chair (Action Item)
7. Presentation by the Director of Finance: (Information Item)
   1. 2018-20 Compliance Audit Overview
   2. Discuss your roles and responsibilities
   3. Clarify the scope of the audit
   4. Compliance audit review/Recommend Accept Review (Action Item)
