When a licensed contractor reroofs your home or installs an EV charging station, we accept photo evidence of work in lieu of site inspections.
Minor Improvements
For these projects, you need to have plans ready to show your inspector at the job site. You don't need to submit plans to get your permit.

Big jobs need plan review approval
We have an online window for permits.
You complete the form and receive an email invitation to submit your plans in electronic format. All plans need to be drawn to scale.

- Submit application online with your deposit fee: 3 days processing time for in-take
- Pre-Screen: 15 days to check your submission package
- Initial Plan Review: 2 to 4 weeks
- Identify Corrections & Clarifications (case dependent)
- Pre-Issuance/Fee Assessment: 3 to 5 days
- Fee Payment & Permit Issuance: 3 days
