Marin Housing Authority (MHA) complaints are for safety issues observed in federally subsidized Affordable Housing.
Housing complaints are for all other safety issues observed in hotels and multi-unit apartments of 3 or more units. Our office does not have authority over multi-unit rentals in the city limits of San Rafael or Novato. Please contact the code enforcement divisions in those cities for help.
