Environmental Health Service (EHS) food plan reviewers will use this checklist to review your project submittal. - 7 pages
You must complete the plan submission checklist and the food facility plan check application, and pay the plan check fee, in order for your plans to be accepted.
Be sure to provide accurate information and complete all sections of the checklist. The following items are listed in detail on the checklist and are always required for every submittal:
- One set of plans
- Food and drink menu
- Spec sheets for all existing AND new equipment
- Letter from the Sanitary District or approval from EHS Land Use if on septic system
- Material samples (if needed with your submittal) need to be clearly labeled using the same reference included in the room finish schedule. The samples need to be secured to a sample board no larger than 11" x 17".
