This checklist explains what is required for the following required items which are required for every submittal:
- Construction application
- One set of plans - must include a complete plumbing and facility layout
- Specification sheets for all new equipment
- Letter from Sanitary District or approval from EHS Land Use if on septic system
Any incomplete submissions will not be accepted for plan review.
