Public pool plan review forms

• Pool Data Sheet - This is required when replacing equipment, re-plastering, re-modeling, and for new construction (everything except for replacing Virginia Graeme Baker Act (VGB) covers).
• VGB Data Sheet - This data sheet is required when replacing suction covers, (also known as main drain covers, equalizer covers, VGB covers, & anti-entrapment covers).
• Construction Inspection Checklist - This form is used by the inspector when conducting construction inspections. You can use this as a checklist to ensure you are prepared for each inspection.   
• California Department of Public Health (CDPH) Anti-Entrapment Compliance Form - This form must be submitted once suction covers (VGB covers) are installed. It must be completed by the installer.
• Public Pool Construction Application - This application must be included with every submittal. This application must be completed to provide us with contact information for the applicant (owner or property management company) and the contractor/architect, as well as the project scope. 
• Public pool plan review submission checklist - Use this checklist when submitting plans for a re-plaster, re-construction, or new pool. This checklist should be used to ensure that all the required information is included in plans before they are submitted.
