The Countywide Priority Setting Committee (PSC) is the primary advisory body for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME funding allocations in Marin County. The PSC includes representatives from each Planning Area and member jurisdictions. The Committee is responsible for recommending funding decisions to the Marin County Board of Supervisors and ensures that funding decisions reflect both local priorities and HUD requirements.
