Recent Activities
On May 29, 2025, the Planning Commission authorized the construction of a new 32,378-square-foot, 32-unit apartment building at 156 Shoreline Highway, Mill Valley. Since the Planning Commission’s approval, the following applicant has taken the following steps:
- Obtained a permit from Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) to reroute the existing underground utilities on the project site. Since this work is limited to on-site and PG&E facilities, no County permit is required.
- The applicants have submitted construction drawings to the County for review and approval for vertical construction, and those construction drawings are currently under review.
