The subdivision application is under environmental review.
The Planning Division’s Environmental Planning staff is in the process of hiring a consultant to prepare an environmental document for the project. This involves soliciting proposals from potential consultants, which is currently underway. The next step will be to select a consultant and present the chosen proposal to the applicant. Finally, the last step is to obtain the Board's approval to enter into a contract with the selected consultant. Please note that the applicant will bear all financial responsibility for the preparation of the environmental document.

Project Description
Proposal to subdivide a single lot into 36 individual residential parcels and to construct 31 market-rate and five below-market-rate detached single-family residences. The development will cover 9.46 acres of a larger 61.3-acre site, and will include private streets, a detention basin, and a remainder parcel designated as an open space area.
