The County will be preparing a consistency assessment for the Davidon Homes Housing Design Review, Vesting Tentative Map, and Tree Removal Permit Project pursuant to Section 15183 of the State CEQA Guidelines. The assessment will evaluate whether the Project is consistent with the applicable general plan, community plan, or zoning designation and whether the Project’s potential environmental effects were adequately addressed in previously certified environmental documentation.
