Summary
If you are a registered STR operator you are eligible to apply for a STR License. Registered STR operators are those operating with a Business License and TOT Certificate as of January 1, 2024. Please find your name on the list of Registered STR Operators to determine whether you can apply for a STR License. If you believe you have been mistakenly left off this list, please email with “Registered STR Operator” in the subject heading.
Registered STR Operators must submit a complete application for a STR License before July 1, 2025. After this date we open license applications up to those on the waitlist.
