Use this service if you would like staff to check that your application materials are complete before you submit. You can also use this service if you would like to submit your application via mail. We will meet with you virtually and give you mail-in submittal instructions.
The cost for the review is $139.
Anyone can apply.
Before you start
Have your application package ready to review.
- Include one full-sized copy of the plans with your request.
- You'll need to fill out the Planning Information Request Form and pay the fee.
What to do

Download and complete the Planning Information Request Form.
Fill out the form with details about your project and check "Pre-submittal Review."

Submit your form.

Pay the fee.
Pay $139 by cash or check when you submit the form.
If you mail the form without payment, staff will contact you to arrange payment.
