You'll get:

  • a one-hour meeting with staff to answer your questions about zoning rules and site constraints for potential projects

The cost for the service is $383.

Anyone can apply.

 

Before you start

  • Have your project details ready so staff can review them before your meeting.
  • You'll need to complete a Planning Information Request Form and pay the fee.

 

What to do

  1. Download and complete the Planning Information Request Form.

  2. Submit your form.

    You can mail or bring your form to:

    Office hours:
    Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
    Friday: 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.

  3. Pay the fee.

    Pay $383 by cash or check when you submit the form.

    If you mail the form without payment, staff will contact you to arrange payment.

  • Planning staff will schedule a one-hour meeting and spend up to one hour preparing for it. You can choose a virtual or in-person meeting.
  • You'll get answers to your Planning-related questions and, if needed, a "substantial conformance" determination for changes to an approved permit.
