Summary
This is the Land Use Plan, which sets out broad goals and policies for the coastal zone and its unique communities. These policies are applied when we consider Coastal Development Permits.
The Marin County Local Coastal Program is made up of two parts:
- The Land Use Plan
- The Implementation Plan, also known as the Coastal Zoning Code.
