Project Description
The
applicant requests Coastal Development Permit approval to rehabilitate 4,113
linear feet of an existing, 4,700-foot-long bicycle and pedestrian pathway
previously authorized under CP-07-04. The path is intended to provide a safe,
publicly accessible route between downtown Bolinas and the Mesa residential
area. Development activities include replacing the deteriorated decomposed
granite surface with asphalt within the existing alignment and replace two existing
15-inche culverts at the wastewater segregation ditch with 18-inch culverts.
Coastal Development Permit approval is required pursuant to Marin County Code Section 20.68.030 of the Marin County Coastal Code.
