Prakash Living Trust Design Review (P6481)

The applicant intends to tear down an existing residence and detached garage on a developed lot, rendering the lot vacant, and request Design Review approval to construct a new 4,824 square foot residence with an attached 497 square foot garage. It appears the proposed Building Area is 5,862 square feet and the proposed Floor Area is 4,824 square feet. 

The proposed residence appears to reach a maximum height of 30 feet above surrounding grade and the exterior walls would have the following setbacks: 27 feet 6 inches from the northern front property line; 10 feet from the eastern side property line; 10 feet from the western side property line; 85 feet 6 inches from the southern rear property line. Various site improvements would also be entailed in the proposed development, including an inground pool and a detached Accessory Dwelling Unit .

Design Review approval is required because the project proposes a floor area which exceeds 3,500 square feet.
