Doldan-Schujman Coastal Development Permit (P6454)

The applicant requests Coastal Development Permit approval to install the following for the purposes of distinguishing "private property and the public beach": install a 150 foot long fence comprised of 11 metal posts connected by a nylon cord and signage at several locations along the fence containing sign copy that prohibits the public from entering the fenced area. The development is proposed seaward of 28 Calle del Los Pinos, along Stinson Beach. The proposed fence (metal posts) would reach a maximum height 4 feet above grade and would be placed along the side and rear property lines. 

Coastal Development Permit approval is required pursuant to Marin County Coastal Code Section 20.68.030.
