- New member application - Election Advisory Committee — Fill out this form if you would like to apply to serve on one of Marin County's elections advisory committees.
- Public comment - Election Advisory Committee — The Registrar of Voters and the Advisory Committee welcomes public input. Please either email your name, contact information, and agenda topic to the Registrar or fill out the Speaker Request Form and return it either before or on the day of the meeting.
- Rebuttal argument authorization — Each rebuttal argument must be filed with a Ballot Measure Rebuttal Argument Authorization Form.
- Request a copy of your certificate of voter registration — A fillable PDF form for requesting a copy of your Certificate of Registration. It requires personal information such as date of birth and address.
- Request a replacement vote by mail ballot — To request a replacement vote by mail ballot you can complete and return this form.
- Student Elections Ambassador application — If you are 25 and under, live in Marin County, and would like to volunteer as an Elections Ambassador, please complete this form.
