Notice of central counting location and vote center hours for the January 27, 2026 Special Election
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special election will be held on January 27, 2026 in the Lagunitas School District for the purpose of voting on a tax measure within the district.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to California Elections Code §12105, the vote center listed below has been designated for the January 27, 2026 Special Election. The vote center will be open for one day only—Election Day, January 27, 2026, and will be open from 7 AM to 8 PM.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN pursuant to Elections Code §12109, that the Elections Office, at 3501 Civic Center Drive, Rm 121, San Rafael, CA is designated as the Central Counting Place for all ballots cast in Marin County. Vote-by-mail ballots can be processed and counted starting 29 days before Election Day. The process is open for public observation. No results will be released until the vote center closes at 8 PM on January 27, 2026.
