Notice of logic & accuracy testing
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the qualified electors of the County of Marin, California that Logic & Accuracy Testing of voting equipment to be used for the January 27, 2026 Special Parcel Tax Election will be held on January 14 2026 at the Marin County Elections Department between the hours of 11 am and 12 pm.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN of the following details about the voting system used in the County of Marin, California:
- Voting technology: Liberty Vote Systems. Certification documents are found at the California Secretary of State website.
- Voting system: Liberty Vote Democracy Suite 5.19
- Central or precinct tabulation: Central only
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that observers must check in at the front counter and shall follow the procedures set forth by the Marin County Registrar of Voters.
