Manual Tally of Ballots Cast in January Special Election
The Marin County Elections Department will start the manual tally of the January 27, 2026 Special Parcel Tax Election on Monday, February 9, 2026 at 12:00 PM.
Members of the public are welcome to observe the manual tally.All work is performed in the Marin County Elections Department located in Suite 121, Marin Civic Center, 3501 Civic Center Drive, San Rafael.
The Registrar of Voters will certify the election on February 13, 2026. Voters who had a missing or non-comparable signature on their ballot envelope were sent a notification along with a form to cure the problem. Voters have until 5 PM on February 11, 2026 to return their form.
