Notice of random alphabet draw
The Marin County Elections Department invites members of the public to observe a randomized alphabet draw to determine the order of candidate names for State Senate and State Assembly on the ballot for the June 2, 2026 Statewide Direct Primary Election. The drawing will take place at 10:00 AM on March 12 at the Civic Center in the Marin County Elections Department, 121 Civic Center Drive, Suite 121, San Rafael.
The California Secretary of State’s Office will conduct a randomized alphabet drawing to determine the order of all other candidate names on March 12 at 11:00 AM.
