NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following locations will be available for voters to return a voted vote-by-mail ballot, starting no later than October 6, 2026 and are available until the close of polls on Election Day, November 3, 2026:

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the following central count location has been legally designated by the Registrar of Voters of the County of Marin for November 3, 2026 General Election.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Elections Department shall retrieve ballots cast at early voting locations starting daily after 5 PM on October 24, 2026 and from official vote-by-mail drop box locations starting on or after October 9, 2026 at intervals that meet or exceed the standards provided in section 20136 of Title 2 of the California Code of Regulations. Members of the public who seek further information on drop box collection may contact Marin County Elections or visit our List of Drop Box locations page.
Early ballot retrieval is open to members of the public for observation. Observers and other members of the public shall not interfere with the orderly retrieval of ballots, including touching election workers or handling official materials.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN to all interested organizations and members of the public that the verifying of signatures on vote-by-mail ballots cast for the November 3, 2026 General Election will commence on or any time after October 5, 2026, and will continue thereafter in the County Elections Office at 3501 Civic Center Drive, Suite 121. On or any time after October 5, 2026, the opening and processing of vote-by-mail ballots will commence. This process will continue until all election results are tabulated and the election is certified. The process is done in a manner which ensures the secrecy of all ballots.
The processing of vote-by-mail ballots is open to members of the public for observation.
Observers and other members of the public shall not interfere with the orderly processing and counting of vote-by-mail ballots, including touching or handling of the ballots or envelopes.
