I am honored to serve as your District 2 Council Member. During my first term, I have worked to strengthen San Rafael through collaborative leadership. Together, we have advanced housing solutions, improved street safety, strengthened public safety, addressed homelessness with compassion and accountability, invested in sustainability and resilience, and supported a more vibrant Downtown. Before joining the City Council, I served on the San Rafael Planning Commission and Fire Commission. While serving on the Council, my fellow elected officials throughout Marin selected me as President of the Marin County Council of Mayors and Councilmembers. Professionally, I bring more than two decades of experience helping public agencies and organizations solve complex challenges, manage budgets, and deliver results. I believe local government works best when it listens, communicates openly, and brings people together. If reelected, I will continue working to preserve our neighborhoods, strengthen Downtown vibrancy and our local economy, improve transportation and public spaces, expand housing opportunities, and ensure City government remains fiscally responsible, transparent, and responsive. Me siento honrado de servir como su Concejal del Distrito 2. Durante mi primer mandato, he trabajado para fortalecer San Rafael mediante un liderazgo colaborativo.
