As founder of an investment firm, I serve a fiduciary duty: put clients’ interests before my own. As a husband, father, employer, and future retiree, I believe that same duty extends to our community. My wife and I raise three children, ages 6, 4, and 2. I am grateful for the 25 years the citizens of Tiburon have given me to serve our community. Input from community members informs and energizes my work. Strategies to maximize grant funding for all projects are also critical tasks. My training and experience includes a Ph.D. in Behavioral Medicine and a Law degree. I have worked as a UCSF research scientist, served as an extern at the California Supreme Court and am inactive member of the State Bar. Some government related experience includes service on the Tiburon Planning Commission, Transportation Authority of Marin Commission, Golden Gate Bridge Highway and Transportation District Board, and the League of California Cities Board of Directors. Currently Tiburon Council Member and Chair of Marin County Council of Mayor and Councilmembers Legislative Committee, I will continue to work for protection from the state legislature’s overreach into local fiscal and land use authority , opposing legislation that does not produce affordable housing or exceeds resources including road capacity and water availability. With your support, I will continue to work with you and for you. Questions? askalicenow@ usa.net |
¿Preguntas? askalicenow@ usa.net |
