NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following central count location has been legally designated by the Registrar of Voters of the County of Marin for the November 4, 2025 Statewide Special Election.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN to all interested organizations and members of the public that the verifying of signatures on vote-by-mail ballots cast for the November 4, 2025 Statewide Special Election will commence on October 6, 2025, and will continue thereafter in the County Elections Office at 3501 Civic Center Drive, Suite 121. On October 20, 2025, or at any time thereafter, the opening and processing of vote-by-mail ballots will commence. This process will continue until all election results are tabulated and the election is certified. The process is done in a manner which ensures the secrecy of all ballots.
The processing of vote-by-mail ballots is open to members of the public for observation.
Observers shall not interfere with the orderly processing and counting of vote-by-mail ballots, including touching or handling of the ballots or envelopes.
