NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the qualified electors of the County of Marin, California that Logic & Accuracy Testing of voting tabulation equipment to be used for the November 4, 2025 Statewide Special Election will be held on October 22, 2025 at the Marin County Elections Department between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN of the following details about the voting system used in the County of Marin, California:
Voting technology: Dominion Voting Systems. Certification documents are found at the California Secretary of State website: www.sos.ca.gov/elections/ovsta/frequently-requested-information/dominion-voting.

Central or precinct tabulation: Central only
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that observers must check in at the front counter and may observe and ask questions. All persons shall follow the procedures set forth by the Marin County Registrar of Voters.
