Summary
Though Fiscal Year 2025–26 is the second year of a two-year budget, the Office of the County Executive continues to produce an updated Budget Document, which includes revised figures and Department Workplans. The Board of Supervisors is required to adopt a budget each fiscal year.
The Fiscal Year 2025–26 Budget process began with the February 2025 Budget Workshops, which focused on Department Workplans and Board of Supervisors priorities. The Proposed Fiscal Year 2025–26 Budget was presented during the May 19–21, 2025 Budget Workshops.
Note: This document has been amended. The FY 2025–26 June Budget Book was updated per Board of Supervisors direction during the Budget Workshop hearings on May 21, 2025
