Summary
States, territories, and cities and counties with populations over 250,000 residents that received State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) are required to submit annual Recovery Plan Performance Reports to the Treasury by July 31 of each year, and to post their Recovery Plans to a publicly available website.
The report includes the following components:
- Executive Summary: An overview of how the funds are being used and the anticipated impact.
- Uses of Funds: Detailed information on how the funds have been allocated and utilized.
- Promoting Equitable Outcomes: Description of efforts to ensure equitable delivery of services and outcomes.
- Community Engagement: Information on how the community has been engaged in the planning and implementation of the funds.
- Labor Practices: Details on labor practices for projects funded by SLFRF.
- Use of Evidence: Explanation of how evidence and data have informed decision-making.
- Performance Report: Metrics and indicators to track the performance and outcomes of funded projects and programs.
The goal of this annual report is to provide transparency and accountability in the use of SLFRF funds, ensuring they are used effectively to meet the needs of communities impacted by the pandemic.
