Individual awards range from $3,000 - $6,500 for heat pump replacements and $1,000 for decommission-only projects. Additional plus-up funding of $4,000 may be available for residents who participate in qualifying low-income programs and up to $3,000 for residents who apply to replace a second device in the same residence.
Applications are accepted online, and the deadline to apply is July 14, 2026, at 5:00 PM PDT. The program does not provide reimbursement for work already performed.
