Sustainability programs for realtors

Trainings and programs that support green real estate in Marin

Green real estate professional training

Marin County Real Estate professionals are a valuable resource for their clients on all topics relating to homeownership. We encourage our local Real Estate professionals to become experts in green building practices and the incentive program landscape in order to better help their clients meet their sustainability goals for their homes. An energy efficient home saves money on utility bills, helps conserve resources, and promotes better air quality for the region.

The Bay Area Regional Energy Network (BayREN) Green Labeling Program provides trainings and events specifically designed for real estate professionals looking to improve their knowledge on green building practices and programs. Visit the BayREN events and trainings page or contact us for upcoming opportunities.

Trainings and events are scheduled throughout the year, and can include:

  • The National Association of Realtors (NAR) Green Designation Trainings
  • The Accredited Green Appraiser Training
  • Inflation Reduction Act Webinars
  • Green Home Tours
  • Contractor and Realtor Meet and Greet Events
