Summary
If you received a non-compliance notice for short-term rentals, please submit all documents using this portal. Incomplete documents will be returned, and a penalty may apply. Allow up to 10 (ten) business days to review the documents submitted. Once approved, you will receive an email with a balance due.
Prior to submitting documents:
- Complete the TOT Tax Compliance Returns (in Excel format) to its entirety.
- Verify all calculations before submission.
- Save and attach supporting documentation from all reservation platforms (in Excel format).
- Save and attach additional supporting documents.
