Summary

The attached data reflect summaries of activity related to production of the ad valorem assessment roll as provided by State law. The data has been prepared solely for this purpose. Extreme caution is urged in using this data for any other purpose such as estimating tax revenue which is determined by the Marin County Department of Finance.

Special attention is also drawn to any parcel counts and property uses reflected in the attached data. In no case should these counts be used for any purpose without consulting with the Assessor-Recorder-County Clerk or one of the two Assistant Assessors.

The Assessor-Recorder-County Clerk assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of this data. This data is issued under the provisions of Revenue & Taxation Code Section 408.3 and is subject to the provisions of section 408.3 (d).
