This portal is used to upload the Annual Certification Form, a wet signature from the taxing agency is required, for the Annual Certification of Charges for the Secure Property Tax Roll.
The certification authorizes the County to place charges on the property tax bill. Districts must acknowledge and approve this by signing the form.
Before submitting the certification, agencies must review the Full Report to verify the accuracy of parcel charges and the amounts to be collected.
