Marin County Lighting Fund 23510

• Location of District: Unincorporated County Areas
• Purpose of the District: Street lighting and street light maintenance. The street maintenance is provided by contract.
• Activities of the District: Street light maintenance and adding new street lights as needed for traffic safety. Ongoing maintenance of streetlights, including replacement, repairs and service.

Rush Creek Lighting & Landscape Fund 23520

• Location of District: Novato, Marin County, CA
• Purpose of District: Marin County Board of Supervisors Resolution No. 95-143: "WHEREAS, upon completion of the Rush Creek Development the Rush Creek Landscape and Lighting District is being formed for the purpose of maintaining the following areas: common area landscaping, bike and equestrian paths, neighborhood park; common area trees; and drainage ditches. In addition the District will also be responsible for fire preventative maintenance." (Also includes Resolutions No. 95-125 and 95-173)
• Activities: Funding maintenance and projects on County-assigned park facilities within the Rush Creek Landscape and Lighting District. Novato, Marin County, CA
