  Crescent Avenue .34 miles
  Cliff Road .25 miles
  Mabel Avenue .25 miles.
• Purpose of the District: The district provides maintenance for certain privately-owned roads, listed in #1.
• Activities of the District: Annual brush clearing of road shoulders.

Monte Cristo PRD Fund 24020

• Location of the District: Fairfax area of unincorporated Marin including the following private roads:
  Buena Avenue .26 miles
  Bosque Avenue .30 miles
  Mora Avenue .04 miles
  Fresa Avenue .08 miles
  Encinal Avenue .07 miles
• Purpose of the District: The district provides maintenance for certain privately-owned roads adjacent to Fairfax, listed in #1.
• Activities of the District: In past, provided funding for paving and repairs.

Inverness Div #2 PRD Fund 24030

• Location of the District: Inverness area of unincorporated Marin including the following private roads:
  Rannoch Way .23 miles
  Keith Way .34 miles
  Stirling Way .19 miles
• Purpose of the District: The district provides maintenance for certain privately-owned roads in the Inverness area, listed in #1.
• Activities of the District: None currently. District considering district wide paving and potential reassessment. In past, provided funding for paving
  and repairs.

Mt View Ave Lagunitas PRD Fund 24040

• Location of the District: Inverness area of unincorporated Marin including the following private roads:
• Purpose of the District: The district provides maintenance for privately-owned Mountain View Avenue.
• Activities of the District: In 2013 – Chip sealing, brushing and pavement repairs. None since.

Paradise Estates PRD Fund 24050

• Location of the District: Inverness area of unincorporated Marin including the following private roads:
  Drakes View Drive 1.85 miles
  Robert Drive 1.00 miles
  Baywood Places 1.71 miles
  Pinecrest Road .27 miles
  Buck Point .10 miles

• Purpose of the District: The district provides maintenance for certain privately-owned roads in the Inverness area, listed in #1.
• Activities of the District: Yearly Sudden Oak Death tree abatement, road repairs, brushing and flashy fuel abatement. Currently working with DPW on estimates for repaving and repairing all of Drake’s View Drive, project cost would require potential reassessment.

Madrone Park Circle PRD Fund 24060

• Location of the District: Madrone Park Circle in Mill Valley and Homestead Valley areas of unincorporated Marin.
• Purpose of the District: The district provides maintenance for privately-owned Madrone Park Circle.
• Activities of the District: None currently planned. District is considering reassessing themselves in order to make improvements. In past, provided
  funding for paving and repairs.
