You can also look up your own information online based on your billing information.
Fire incident or Emergency Command Center 911 Fire Dispatch request
To make a request for Marin County Fire Department Fire Incident report or Marin Emergency Command Center 911 Fire Dispatch recording, please start with our county public records request link. Make sure you include the date of the incident, time, location or address, city, and type of incident. The more information you provide will allow staff to research the request.

When do I need a Subpoena?
If your record request is a Fire Medical incident report (not for yourself) or you want any 911 recordings unredacted a subpoena will be required. Please deliver your subpoena to:
