Our mission
The mission of the Disaster and Citizen Council Corps (DC3) is to:
- Promote disaster preparedness through communication and education
- Review and evaluate disaster preparedness progress
- Use education, outreach, and training, to empower residents to make their families, homes, and communities safer from disasters and emergencies
- Report biannually to the Board of Supervisors
