Senate Bill 272 requires local governments to share a list of the enterprise software systems they use.
This list includes:
- Vendor
- Product
- System’s purpose
- Categories or types of data
- Department that is the prime custodian of the data
- Frequency of data collection
- Frequency of system data updates
