Your Options

I Cannot Afford a Lawyer

If you cannot afford a lawyer and do not have a lawyer helping you with your case, please come to our office in Room 127 of the Marin Civic Center or call us at 415-473-6321, and we will help you apply for our services.

Once you are accepted as our client, we will add your case to court on a date and time you can attend. At this court date, we will ask the judge to recall the warrant.

I Have a Lawyer

If you already have a lawyer, contact your lawyer immediately and ask the lawyer to add your case to court.

I Want to Attend Court

You can attend Room C-10 on the Court Floor of the Marin Civic Center. You can request your case be added to court on a date and time you can attend. Then you must attend court on the date you selected.
