Marin County, CA — Marin County Health and Human Services (HHS) invites community members to join an upcoming Strategic Plan Community Meeting, where we will share key findings from our Strategic Plan, outline next steps, and engage in a Q&A session. 

“Marin HHS is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of all residents. Our Strategic Plan represents our commitment to advancing equity, enhancing access, and improving outcomes for underrepresented populations in Marin County,” said Niccore Tyler, Chief Assistant Director/Chief Strategy Officer at Marin Health and Human Services. “We look forward to sharing our vision and hearing from the community about what matters most as we take this next step together.”

To make the meeting accessible to all, Marin HHS is offering both an in-person and a virtual option.

  • In-Person Meeting:
    • Date: Tuesday, November 12, 2024
    • Time: 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM
    • Location: Marin Health and Wellness Center, 3240 Kerner Blvd, San Rafael.

    • Note: Childcare and food will be available at no cost to attendees. Additionally, ASL and Spanish interpretation will be available at both events.
  • Virtual Meeting:
    • Date: Wednesday, November 13, 2024

What to Expect: During the meeting, HHS officials will share the findings and key takeaways from the Strategic Plan, which was developed with extensive community input and collaboration. Our team will outline the next steps and discuss priority focus areas, such as advancing health equity, expanding access to services, building partnerships to address critical needs across Marin County, and more. Attendees will have an opportunity to engage directly with HHS leaders and ask questions during a dedicated Q&A session.
