  • You can send the Board a comment about any topic.
  • Submit your comment by 3:30 pm the day before the meeting to make sure the Board sees your comment before the meeting.

Before you start

If your comment is about a topic on the agenda, please include the agenda item number in your message.

Your message may be considered part of the public record. Please do not include any personal information that you do not want made public. Emailed comments will not be read aloud during the Board meeting.

County staff will collect the comments received by 3:30 pm the day before the meeting. They will be provided to members of the Board and added as an update to the meeting materials.
