   1. Financial Audit Review – Rich Gonzalez, CliftonLarsonAllen LLP to review and discuss results of the FY 2023-24 independent audits:

            1. FY 2023-24 Governance Communication 

          

   2. Popular Annual Financial Report – Mina Martinovich, County of Marin Department of Finance

       

   3. Financial Audit Advisory Committee Report to Board of Supervisors (Action ITEM):

      Consider and take possible action to direct the Department of Finance to draft and submit to the Committee Chair for review and approval, a letter to the Board of Supervisors recommending the Committee’s acceptance of the FY 2023-24 ACFR and Single Audit Reports.

Schedule 2026 Annual Meeting to review FY 2024-25 deliverables (Action ITEM)
