Summary
Healthy Marin Partnership (HMP) is a collaborative of local agencies, organizations, and individuals that are dedicated to improving the health and well-being of all Marin residents. HMP recognizes the importance of taking a comprehensive view toward understanding community health needs and acknowledges the critical advantage of working collaboratively to address these needs and advance health equity. This shared approach avoids duplication and focuses available resources on a community’s most important health needs. This report summarizes the 2025 Community Health Assessment findings, which will guide HMP’s efforts and inform community action over the next three years.
