         1. Review Resolution No. 2013-19: Review the County’s Conflict of Interest Code.

   1. Financial Audit Review – Rich Gonzalez, CliftonLarsonAllen LLP to review and discuss results of the FY 2024-25 independent audits: 

      1. FY 2024-25 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR)

         1. FY 2024-25 Single Audit Report
            1. FY 2024-25 Governance Communication 

          

   2. Popular Annual Financial Report – Mina Martinovich, County of Marin Department of Finance

       

   3. Financial Audit Advisory Committee Report to Board of Supervisors (Action ITEM):

      Consider and take possible action to direct the Department of Finance to draft and submit to the Committee Chair for review and approval a letter to the Board of Supervisors recommending the Committee’s acceptance of the FY 2024-25 ACFR and Single Audit Reports.

7. NEXT MEETING

Schedule 2027 Annual Meeting to review FY 2025-26 deliverables (Action ITEM)
